The Oleander Point Condominiums are fortunate to have a Private Marina as part of this Luxury Complex.

Located on the Indian River (ICW), there are fifty-nine slips that are individually owned by owners in the complex. They range in size from 25ft to 50ft in length with water depths averaging 6ft. City water and 30/50amp power are available at all slips and owners may install a boatlift to accommodate their boat. The marina is enjoyed by both active boat owners as well as by Condominium residents who can view all of the activity in the marina and on the waterway from their balconies.

The Oleander Pointe Yacht Club has been formed to add to the enjoyment of the Boat Owners and to provide for management and maintenance of the marina. There is a Board Of Directors, a Dock master, a Social committee and a Maintenance committee. The Dock master oversees the day to day operations of the marina, while the Maintenance committee is responsible for keeping the facilities up to the high standards represented by the Oleander Pointe Condominiums. The Social committee organizes numerous on and off water activities during the year.

The marina is only a short distance to the Barge Canal locks at Port Canaveral, which give access to excellent fishing grounds in the Atlantic. There are also many excellent restaurants on the river which can be reached within less than an hour cruise.
