Oleander Pointe has much to be thankful for at this time of year beside the beautiful weather and view. We thank the various committees that work all year for our betterment.
The Landscaping Committee tends to the flower beds, palm trees, and shrubs throughout all of the year. The various plants are changed to reflect the season.
The Exercise (Gym) Committee oversees the equipment and overall condition of the gym room. Equipment is repaired and/or replaced as needed to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all.
The Social Committee plans and executes social functions including the Thursday Coffee hour, Happy hours, and Christmas Party. Preparation and planning encompasses all members and requires coordination and cooperation.
The Technology Committee has the opportunity to upgrade and be visionary in the upcoming needs of this community. From tv contracts to wifi, they do it all.
The Parking Committee assigns hang tags and decals to resident/owners and oversees the parking areas while following the parking standards set by the condo management.
