Dear Oleander Pointe Owners,

This is the initial notification of the 2026 Annual Meeting and election of Board Members to be held on Monday, February 23, 2026 at 5:00pm in the Brevard Room, building B.

You will be electing five (5) Board members. Any unit owner desiring to become a candidate for election to the Board must provide written notice to the Association c/o BP Davis Property Management, 1980 N. Atlantic Ave, Cocoa Beach, Fl. 32931 by 5:00pm n January 14, 2026.
